My replay's thumbnail image is messed up! Fix it!

We've been having some problems with the server that generates the thumbnail images for your replays. If your thumbnail is a blank red image, shows an error message, or is otherwise messed up, you can have our server regenerate the thumbnail for your replay. Click here to go to the list of your uploaded replays, then click "Fix Thumbnails" on the replay that has the messed up thumbnails. This will add your replay back to the queue of thumbnails to be generated, and should be regenerated within 5 or 10 minutes.

The site says I'm in a different country than I'm actually in.

We use MaxMind's free GeoIP database to try to figure out what country you're from. This database claims to be 99.5% accurate, so it's definitely possible that the country detection is wrong. Registered users can permanently set their country on their User Settings page, which will fix this problem.

Can you make a mobile version of the site?

I am working on making the site more mobile device-friendly, especially for Android-based devices. Unfortunately, if you have an iPhone, you're not going to be able to get much use out of the site, since there is no Flash plugin for the iPhone, and it is not possible to easily convert replays to a standard video format.
